The GE IS200TBCIH1A is the turbine bearing current input module for the Mark VIe system—it provides eight isolated 4–20 mA inputs for bearing temperature, vibration, and other bearing health signals. If your turbine uses current-loop sensors for bearing monitoring, this module brings those signals into the control system with 16-bit resolution and built-in loop diagnostics.
The “TBCI” designation tells you this is a turbine bearing current input module. The “H1A” is the base revision. Field Replacement Pitfalls
The TBCIH1A is a bearing current input module—installation mistakes are similar to other current input modules.
Loop Power—External Supply Required. The module is a passive input. You need an external 24 VDC supply for the transmitters.
Loop Diagnostics—Enable Them. Keep the diagnostics enabled to detect broken wires.
Wiring—Use Shielded Cable. Use shielded twisted-pair cable and ground the shield at one end only.
Input Range—4–20 mA Only. The module is fixed for 4–20 mA. If you need 0–20 mA, use a different module.
