The IS200TBAOH1C is the revision C version of the turbine bearing analyzer output module. GE added output loop diagnostics—open circuit and overload detection—so you know when your output signal path is compromised. It’s the most advanced bearing analyzer output module in the Mark VIe line.
The “TBAOH1C” designation tells you this is the revision C output module. The module has eight isolated analog outputs (4–20 mA) that can drive up to 750 Ω loads. It has 12-bit resolution, improved accuracy, and built-in output loop diagnostics. All outputs are isolated to 2,500 V.

The TBAOH1C gets the full test regimen plus diagnostics verification—our 28-point inspection verifies accuracy, load drive, and output diagnostics.
Incoming Verification. OEM packing slip matched to GE’s serial database. We log the serial and photograph the anti-static bag before cutting. The holographic GE label gets a UV check. The PCB edge must read “–TBAOH1C” clearly.
Visual Inspection. Magnifying lamp, full board scan. The output circuits and diagnostic circuits are inspected. The 96-pin backplane connector shows zero wear.

Field Replacement Pitfalls
The TBAOH1C has diagnostics—installation mistakes are similar to other versions.
Output Load—750 Ω Maximum. The outputs can drive up to 750 Ω. Use an external amplifier if your load is higher.
Diagnostics—Enable Them. The output diagnostics detect open circuits and overloads. Keep them enabled.
Wiring—Use Shielded Cable. Use shielded cable and ground the shield at one end only.
Output Range—Program It. Set the output range to match your monitoring system.
ESD. The output circuits are sensitive. Strap up.
