The suffix tells the story: the first “1” indicates a hardware revision with improved signal conditioning. The “F” specifies aerospace-grade components with radiation hardening and 100 krad tolerance. The second “1” adds enhanced diagnostic features. What’s the ceramic-reinforced topcoat?
