The DS200SDCIG1 is a servo interface and signal conditioning board for GE’s Mark V DS200 series, used in Speedtronic turbine control systems. It acts as a intermediary between the servo controller (SDCC series) and field devices, providing signal conditioning, distribution, and protection.

Unlike the SDCC servo controller boards that perform PID calculations and generate outputs, the SDCIG1 is a passive/pass-through interface board. It takes ±10 VDC outputs from a servo controller, conditions them (buffering, filtering, surge protection), and distributes them to up to four servo valves. It also accepts 4–20 mA position feedback signals, conditions them, and passes them to the servo controller.
